Carla Williams is a Certified Human Resources Professional, Federal Internal Coach, Mentor and Motivator.  She has a track record for improving HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment hiring, and career coaching.  She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Management. She has 10 years of HR experience. Carla is an active member of the National Association of  African American in Human Resources (NAAAHR) and The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Atlanta Chapters.  She has worked with various organizations including Gilgal Ministries Inc., Legacy Community Church, and F.A.C.T.S. (Families Are Coming Together Strong), Inc.  She is also an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
